So in the second part of the blog, we have put some ways which can be implemented on personal basics to live a life that is more sustainable. SIMPLE WAYS ON PERSONAL BASIS TO LIVE MORE SUSTAINABILY: Volunteer Your Time: Whether you decide to take part in a weekend planting or cleanup drives, help out at a local event or pick up trash on your morning run. Volunteering is one of the most effective ways to support your local community and protect the environment. However, that's not the case for everyone and if you live in an area where there is a shortage of environmental events. But if it is so, there is nothing stopping you and your friends from starting one yourself and marking your impact bigger. Write To A Major Retailer Or Government Agency: We believe that change starts with small actions, but there is no doubt that the policy makers and the leading companies hold much of the responsibility of bringing about positive (and negative) environmental change. It doesn’t mean living without anything, it means that you are making use that everything you own and use is put to its maximum purpose and utility. With a minimalist lifestyle, you will recycle more, and be more mindful of the items you support being produced so that sustainability is emphasized. Say No To Plastic: Plastic never goes away after it is made or used. It takes millions of years for plastic to decompose. It’s a high time to switch to reusable bags every time we buy something. Skip Singe Use Item: We encounter single use items in our everyday life. Single-use products such as plastic straw, plastic grocery bags, plastic cutlery are a big curse on our environment.
